Well I ended up going down to the Apexi dealer shop today to check on a order status, and I heard a car on the dyno, well didnt take long from to ask them to run a power check on the car. The fee is not back. 5000 yen for 2 power pulls. This shop has the newest dyno on island. The dyno staff was very professional. They checked the rear tire air pressure, measured the tire height, check air temp and humidty, and rear end ratio before running the car on the dyno.
The car right now is almost all stock. The only power mods are RE-Amemiya intake filter, CST full Titainum catback, KnightSports fcd. every thing else is stock. On the first dyno run the dyno staff face went white when the car hit 7300rpm in 4th gear. He was sure the engine had just blown. Well the motor was not blown the car hit speed limit cut. I never removed the 180kph screw on the back of the guage cluster, I figured the old owner had do it long time ago. Any I will remove it tomorrow.
Well couldnt make full run on the dyno becuase of speed limit cut. I had the HKS EVC turned off as I didnt want to raise the boost any, for fear of not having enough fuel. So running on just the wastegate the boost creaped to .8bar and dropped off to .5bar.
Second dyno power check run. returned the same results
