After running on the scales again turns out to be 10.4 pounds ( 4.8KG ). I took the catback to a friends shop that has a lift so it would easy to install. The old HKS catback was in sad shape, big rust holes in it. and oh man that HKS cat back is heavy. Well got it on the scales and the old HKS catback is 62 pounds ( 28KG ). I had planned on breaking it down all the way but bolts where so rusted that the only way to take it apart would be to cut the bolts.
The install was easy, had a little fitment issue but made some adjustments and it fits good now. one thing I dont like about it is how the angle. I guess its so you can show it off. I would rather have it tucked up under the car a little more. I dont know you can use a normal pipe bender on Titanium pipe. I wouldnt mind bending the pipes a little more to make it fit how I want it to be.
Its not as loud as I though it would be, but I still have the stock down pipe and cat. I'm going to get a Night Sports or KSP high flow cat, so its still legal.
anyway here is the pictures, and a few videos. On the videos please right click and save as. to help save bandwith dont stream them off the server.

one thing cool about the CST muffler is you can mount the silencer in 2 differnet spots.
The old HKS exhaust is wicked rusted.
